Confirm the Core Battery has charge, the contact areas are clean and dry, the module is compatible and securely connected, and you are following the product’s power-control sequence. Stop if there is damage, heat, smell, swelling or water exposure.

Let it cool after use, check the manual’s charger requirements, inspect the cable and connector, and try a known-compatible power source. Never use a damaged charger or force a connector.

Confirm the device supports compatible wireless charging, centre it on the charging area and remove thick, metal or magnetic cases or objects. Make sure the Core Battery has enough charge.

Keep the source device close, confirm the speaker is in Bluetooth mode, disconnect other paired devices, then forget the speaker in your device settings and pair again. FM Radio mode is not currently available in Australia.

Stop using and charging it immediately. Do not touch a swollen or ruptured battery with bare hands and do not post the product. Read the Battery Safety guide and contact Mirel for instructions.
